1. Allergies and Medical Conditions Fresh flowers, foliage, and plants produce pollen and natural fragrances. Bloommood is not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions, respiratory issues, or other medical conditions that may arise from exposure to our products.

2. Toxicity Warning (Pets & Children) Many popular flowers, foliage, and plants can be toxic or harmful if ingested by humans or animals. It is the customer's responsibility to keep arrangements out of reach of children and pets. Bloommood assumes no liability for any harm, illness, or veterinary costs caused by the ingestion of our products.

3. Substitution Policy Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. While we make every effort to replicate the exact arrangements pictured on our website, specific flower varieties or colors may not always be available. Bloommood reserves the right to substitute flowers, greenery, or vases with items of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time and looks beautiful. The overall design style and color palette will always be preserved.

4. Delivery Liability Once a delivery is completed to the address provided (including leaving the arrangement in a designated safe place at the delivery location if no one is available to receive it), Bloommood is no longer responsible for the condition or safety of the items. We are not liable for theft, weather-related damage, or neglect after the delivery has been fulfilled.
